Why is fitness important?

I’m back after a long hiatus.

That’s what fitness does to you!

As I mentioned. I have been really busy since months , I couldn’t follow my diet or exercise regime in a consistent manner which I like but still my body respected it and it still is the same with no side effects of sleepless nights, workload and personal obligations.

Do you think there will ever be a movie that features a line such as “You graduated at the top of your class in liberal arts, we need your help”?

It keeps you so energised , keeps disease free, happy from within and so much more. The benefits outweigh the one hour sweat you give.

But coming back to the question. I have always advocated to being active in any sphere - be it swimming , sports , yoga , gym or walk.

I know , I know.

What is the best way to keep my vagina clean and fresh?

For overall well being of yourself - physically , mentally , spiritually.

It’s been too hectic of a few months, with all things happening at a fast pace and all at once.
